Keeping it light
With headlines like “North Korea threatens nuclear ‘annihiation’ if South pre-emptively attacks” in a huge banner across my MSN screen the other morning, the Ukraine war, Covid, and now a recent shooting at a Brooklyn train station, I’m opting to continue to keep this part of my life light. And somewhat chill if possible.
So what does that mean? Basically I’m going to make a concerted effort to steer clear of anything that I believe is too political or controversial for a little while at least.
With that in mind … I’m thrilled to say that as of this writing I’ve some subscribers and have around 60 views for every “newsletter”. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to know people are taking the time to read my ramblings. I so appreciate it and at the same time it’s quite humbling. I’m enjoying the process and hoping that over time more people will read and engage.
And finally, check out the Gloucester, England cheese rolling contest videos. Yup, cheese rolling. The contest has been suspended for the last 2 years because of Covid but will return this year. Google it and I promise you’ll smile when you play the video.
Have a great Easter.
Until the next time.
